How to access and create handlers for all the events for RibbonItems...

Lots of people complain that they cant double click on one of the ribbon items in design mode and it create the default event handler automatically.  From a developers standpoint this is pretty complicated and not always something we want to tackle.  However,  If you know how to use the IDE this is still possible to do without having to manually type in everything.   Here is how you do it...

In the properties window you have several toolbar buttons for sorting and such.  One looks like a lightning bolt.  This toggles between the properties and the events for the selected item.  This will show you a list of all the available events.  All you have to do is double click on the event you want to handle and its all done for you.

yes, this is a faster way to create the click event.

previously, I used to create it manually, but now, I just double click on the event list on the properties explorer of the ribbonitem.
